The clinical manager role holds overall responsibility for clinical service delivery. This is achieved through:
• Leading, developing, implementing and overseeing all aspects of clinical operations
• Directing and developing the provision of a high quality, best practise, early intervention service to young people, their families and the community
• Providing clinical consultation to consortium partners, supervision to all staff and the orientation of new staff to clinical practices.
• Working in collaboration and consultation with private practitioners, state and community agencies and other allied health agencies.
• Proactively monitoring high-risk clients, and assuring that a quality service is being offered in line with evidence based principles.
