I possess more than 7 years’ professional experience in programme quality assurance, information management, analysis, report writing, knowledge sharing and management. My professional history is mainly under Monitoring and Evaluation as a result this trajectory molded my project management skills, report writing, information management and knowledge sharing.
I have experience working under consortiums with various development partners, United Nations, International NGOs, local civil society organizations with funding support from donors such as EU, DFID/ FCDO, USAID/BHA. I believe that with my experience and exposure to various programs by different organizations I will be able to fit well in various set-ups without challenges.
Strong expertise in stakeholder management, capacity building of partners, program staff, government stakeholders, enumerators in contextualizing program components, data collection and identifying capacity needs among other minimum requisite program standards. Excellent skills in organizing and facilitation of trainings and workshops.

I hold a Masters Degree in Development Studies from Midlands State University in Zimbabwe an International recognised University by UNSECO. The program covers International Development, Program Management Monitoring and Evaluation, Policy. I also hold a Bachelors Degree in Development Studies. In addition I have undertaken training in Project Management i.e I am Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
