I have been employed as a communications professional with 14 years of experience working with and advising stakeholders in the development of tested and sustainable communications products through website and database development and technical project management. In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, I supported an integrated public health communication program through the development, testing, and implementation of SMS message campaigns disseminating key project messages. I have also piloted the use of closed user mobile phone groups and developed plans to integrated local hotlines into existing SMS message campaigns. I have experience directing digital projects in five countries in collaboration with government and business stakeholders. Co-developer of a “Don’t Drink and Drive” publicity campaign in East Timor, I coordinated the online dissemination of audio and video communication, photo, and press releases. As a Webmaster and web application developer, for mobile, tablets and pcs, I have created database-driven websites with a focus on PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and other programming languages such as ASP, C#, C, ColdFusion as well as Java Applets, JavaScript and PERL. I am a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer with nine advanced Technology Certificates. I am fluent in English and French with intermediate skills in Spanish and Bahasa Indonesia.
