Professional Experience: |
An information management professional for over 15 years, I worked in France, then in Canada and Africa for 8 years.
My last position was in Guinea. I was in charge of knowledge management for the Communities & Social Performance department. As such I implemented information processes and analysis systems. The new Intranet platform I’ve proposed and launched also made it possible to optimize information flow and collaboration processes between the different business units. The other aspect of the assignment was the reinforcement of partnerships with local NGOs and the Guinean government, especially regarding the Social and Environmental Impact Assessment and Human’s rights protection in a risk environment: ethnic groups conflicts, contested elections, riots, pandemic.
My main skills cover:

I have also acquired expertise in the optimization of internal communication.
I have a good knowledge of West Africa (Guinea, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone). Born and raised in France, I have African origins for my parents were born in Cameroon. I live in Paris and I rent an apartment in Dakar, Senegal since July 2014. I’m single and can travel on short notice.
