Professional Experience:
For 10 years I’ve been working in global corporate environments to help individuals and organisations transform the way they work by shaping people and culture agendas in the areas of customer experience, sustainability and CSR, digital transformation, workplace strategy and partnering.
My approach is defined by a uniquely varied career and ability to recognise the role of the individual in our ever changing society. It excites me to seek out volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity, evaluate associated risks and develop innovative people centred solutions.
With an early career focusing on research, analysis and project management, I’ve evolved through playing an active part in corporate and community based roles.
