Professional Experience:
Currently employed on a UAE citizenship, Military contract as an Ops Manager/Training Supervisor, in the UAE. Running the Operations for nine mixed local and Ex Pat teams in the N. Emirates, delivering military, police and leadership training, in both male and female government senior schools. Lee is based in Ras Al Khaimah and working throughout the Northern Emirates. Though available for private, short notice or planned security tasking’s within the UAE, such as IBG and CP tasks.

Regional Security Manager in Helmand, Afghanistan. Responsible for the planning and action of all operations. This included the safety of numerous Ex Pat clients, 12 Ex Pat security operators and local national (LN) employees, including the management of a large compound, (plus two satellite ones), consisting of a LN guard force of 98 men, and the management and training of a separate 24 man LN mobile support team and a fleet of both soft and armored vehicles. Excelled in good relations with the American clients, including difficult senior management.

Team Leader on a unique IBG escort contract in Afghanistan. Responsible for the close protection and safe operations in the field, of two Ex Pat (senior gentlemen) Geologists, enabling them to safely mentor and conduct LNs in a hostile environment. This included all the liaison and reconnaissance for each trip, the detailed mission planning and briefings, then finally the implementation of the mission.
Security Consultant/Manager/Training Advisor in Tengiz, Kazakhstan as part of a security contract for G4S (client Chevron), on the biggest joint International oil partnership project in the world. Responsible for the management and specialist training of a LN guard force. As well as normal security duties on the 2.5km square site, was responsible for the selection, training and management of a specialist security team of 60 men (including search and anti-theft), resulting in no further high profile problems on site. Again used excellent personal skills in building a very good professional relationship with a multi-national client base, including senior British, American and Kazakh management. As well as mentoring several Kazakh junior managers to enable them to fill the role on contract completion.

Completed 23 years military service (Royal Green Jackets). Finishing at the rank of Warrant Officer. Consistent outstanding grade in all yearly reports at all ranks. Managed projects as part of a prestigious and diplomatic British Military Advisory and Training Team in Central and Eastern Europe. This involved the design, management and delivery of various training type requirements and courses, as requested by a host nation from the former Soviet Union. Travelling to, and delivering in that relevant country.
Management of a training organization. Duties included Project management of major events such as a Battle Group’s pre Iraq training, and acclimatization training in Kuwait.
