Currently, I hold the position of Executive Director of the „Foundation for Social Change and Inclusion”(FSCI). The organization creates models for inclusion of groups and communities at high risk of ultimate poverty, victimization and dropping out of education system and labor market in Bulgaria. The organization was established at the end of 2008 with the aim to continue a humanitarian activates of a UK charity The Trussell Trust. The challenge was to create a local capacity, to develop clear systems of interventions within Bulgaria under the national regulations and cultural specifics, to fundraise locally, to lobby, to work with wider society, to collaborate with the representatives of the institutions, businesses and NGOs. This is where I started and successfully developed through the years.
My major responsibilities are: • Development of an NGO • Fundamental documentation and network on a national level and with international donors • Design, implementation and improvement of programmers and interventions with a social impact. • Project development among vulnerable groups. Main groups are: 1) young people leaving state care systems (many of them Roma); 2) Developmental and educational work among the Roma community; 3) Social enterprises start ups • Recruitment, training and management of the staff of FCSI • Project writings and management • Budgeting and strategic planning • Methodology development • Training and development of local teams/across the country • Networking and establishing co-operative working practices • Chair and co-ordinate project meetings involving all key stakeholders • Preparation of main documents, manuals, reports • Presentation of our work to other NGOs, the State Officials, Businesses, Donors

My educational background is in Psychology. I hold master degrees in „Clinical and Consultative Psychology” and “Developmental Psychology” (2001). I follow up my education with gaining personal experience in group dynamic in the field Psychodrama Psychotherapy (1 level) as well as in the field of Positive Psychotherapy (about 300 hours).
My professional development and responsibilities require lifelong learning and over the past few years I have been developing my capacity in the area of organizational development and systems management. I am a certified Consultant in Organizational Development and Management of Human Resources (certified by the Bulgarian Psychological Society in 2011) and a Conflict Management Mediator.
