Created and carried out nutritional research in Northeastern Tanzania assessing how occupation determined nutritional intake. Wrote FFQ's and travelled to five villages in different geographical locations. Interviewed over 100 heads of household. Using data analysis see how nutritional intake varied from Tanzania's nutritional standards and how occupation and geographical location impacted on intakes.
