Professional Experience: |
I have 8+ years of in-country experience in India working in areas as diverse as off-grid power, microfinance, biofuels, clean energy investment research and analysis, and international development. I have consulted microfinance institutions as well as some of the biggest multilateral development agencies, planted an Indian research and analysis centre for an international investment research firm, and developed overall strategy as well as a pipeline of business for both a biofuels firm and a sustainable design firm, including managing relationships with key stakeholders from the grassroots to the top levels of government and finance.
I recently completed a Masters degree in Design and Environment and hope to leverage the concepts of human centred design, innovation, and business design in conjunction with my education and experience in business and finance.
I am a high-energy out of the box thinker looking for ways to create profitable, well-designed, and innovative solutions to some of the world’s most interesting challenges related to resource scarcity, population growth, and technological evolution.
I am currently in the process of making a move from Mumbai to Nairobi and hope to find work that engages my varied skills and experience to make the maximum impact.
