• Created Partners In Health’s International Operations department, a highly responsive, globally dispersed team responsible for $9M of annual purchasing and program support.
• Successful design and management of product donation partnerships with corporations including Covidien, Eli Lilly, and GE Healthcare, yielding over $3M of in-kind support.
• Managed logistics related to Partners In Health’s earthquake response in Haiti (January 2010). Coordinated the movement of emergency supplies, resulting in the delivery of over 1.5 million pounds of materials in 6 months. Rapidly assessed and responded to changing needs of a post-disaster environment.
• Extensive inter-cultural experience in Haiti, Peru, Russia, Western Europe and sub-Saharan Africa. Ensured success of various health projects by working in partnership with Ministries of Health and cross-functional non-profit and corporate leadership.
