Professional Experience: |
I am a resourceful and experience development expert with over 20 years of post-qualification experience.
I have bachelor and master degrees in Agricultural Economics with further postgraduate qualifications in Economics with credits in relevant subjects including Project Planning and Appraisal, Business and Financial Management, Development Theory, Research Methods, Micro and Macroeconomics.
My work experience span across a wide range of social and economic development programmes including fundraising, research and development, and, providing policy and technical advice at the highest political and administrative levels.
I have strong programme management skills with experience of managing large and complex pro-poor development programmes in developing economies including Africa and the Caribbean. I also have demonstrable experience of fundraising, donor liaison and compliance with the UK Home Office, European Commission (EC), USAID, DFATD (formerly CIDA) and other private grant giving trusts.
I have strong IT skills with solid experience of leading and managing teams including organisational development. I am able to work under pressure to deliver good results within time and budget.
