• Extensive experience in program development and management particularly in community-based sustainable waste management, urban agriculture for marginalized communities e.g food insecure urban households, HIV/AIDS affected households, social protection for marginalized communities; renewable energy for rural households; sustainable SME development etc.
• Competent in budget planning, management and control, particularly, EU funded programs
• Experience in organizational development and human resource management
• Experience in engaging actors and stakeholders within a program framework
• Competence in formulating advocacy and policy dialogue based on community-level engagement outcomes
• Extensive experience in formulating capacity building for local authorities, non-governmental organizations, and community-based organizations
• Passion and practical experience in the nexus “women and environment” across sectors
• Acquainted with international level dialogue and currently synergy and coherence in the implementation of the SDGs and climate actions (NDC ) at the local level.

* Doctorate in multidisciplinary Area Studies
* Masters degree in Sustainable development and environmental economics from the University of London: specific courses on Environmental science and management; climate change and Development; Economics and institutions for Development; Environmental Policy, Environmental valuation; Small agribusiness development.

* BA Honors in Business Studies
