As a Manager in a video production am organizing and providing technical support for various video projects like the latest for UNDP Kosovo for titled “Profesionet nuk kane gjini” , for UNICEF- documentary film on juvenile justice reforms- Another chance, , marketing campaigns and short and feature films for the biggest business companies in Kosovo like IPKO, Devoli group, Procredit bank, Reiffeisen bank, Teb Bank and others.

As a Communication Analyst with Communication team in UNDP I was planning the design, and implementation of internal and external strategies for communications and advocacy plans for the Country Office. Also taking care for the Implementation of the publications strategy and plan, supervision of the design and maintenance of the UNDP website. Support to business development. Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing.

As stated in my CV, I have worked before as Community Development Officer for CAD in Pristina/Kosovo and as a translator and manager of micro-loans and coordinator of projects sites Kosovo wide for IOM. The focus of my work was in helping the voluntary sector creating development plans for excluded groups, working predominantly in Serbian, Albanian, Roma and Egyptian communities. I worked in Kosovo throughout the transition to majority Albanian government and continued to do work in this field.
I participated in a series of meetings, inviting and meeting representatives of the business, political and donor communities with the aim of aligning objectives within the development sector. These meetings added significant depth and sincerity to many of the projects, which I coordinated.
I had further responsibilities, like assessing periodically the viability of projects, and advising the Director of the Community development on their management. This was done through routine oral and written reports, as well as at weekly review boards.
