1st project: Development of a cooperative of artisans in Jacmel and a business plan. Seeking technical and financial partners. Training in project management and operations, customer relations and sales, and IT. Development of decision making and marketing tools. Knowledge building and positioning of women leaders of the project. Goal of creating 140 direct, permanent jobs (approx.).
2nd project: Strategic leadership in the creation of a regional association of coffee producers in Southeast Haiti to enable better communication between the associations and provide better access to national and international aid. Development of a coffee plantations regeneration project and seeking technical and financial partners. Search of a foreign importer of coffee. Development of community marketing of coffee. Benefits of activities on more than 2000 growers (estimated).
