My role has been to ensure strategic direction of operations including financial and human resources management, procurement and logistical services.

Specifically, I
• Coordinate annual and semi-annual budget planning
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Coordinate the External Programme and Management Review
• Manage grants and provide periodic reports to donors : Rockefeller Foundation, USAID, DFID, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Buffett Foundation, IITA, CIMMYT, etc…
• Drafted policy and procedures manuals related to Finance, Human Resources and administration.
• Coordinate together with the Executive Director the functional analysis / restructuring exercise
• Serve as Board of Trustees Audit Committee Secretary
• Serve as member of the Resource Mobilization Team
• Serve as member of the Risk Committee Team and coordinator of the risk report
• Serve as member of the Foundation Executive Management Committee
• Draft most of the Foundation policies and guidelines related to my portfolio

I have achieved in providing the young Foundation with legal and accountability frameworks and succeeded in providing donors with accurate and timely reports. The Foundation gets unqualified audit opinions and the Board has expressed in writing its congratulations to me. I have as member of the Executive Management Committee contributed to the overall strategy of the organization that is highly credible and recognized by partners as “To Go” organization.
