Sound track of capacity building management to local stakeholders, including governmental and civil society non-profit organizations and excellent adult/youth training skills, in particular in participatory development management, project management, Gender, association building and leadership and micro-business management.
Extensive experience in facilitating and strengthening civil society organizations and exchange fora among civic and governmental organizations. Excellent communication, interpersonal and teambuilding skills.
Education:
A 5 years university degree in Law,by Universidade Internacional in Lisbon, Portugal, which included the following modules: civil and public law, labor law, international law, political sciences, public administration.
A one year post-graduate certificate in community- based development by UNISA (University of South Africa) which included all aspects related to rural development, with special focus to participatory appraisal, planning and monitoring approaches, donor management and fund raising.
Certificate as a Master Trainer in Gender and Socio-economic analysis, by FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations)
Affiliations and Achievements:
As a member of the Land Forum in Mozambique, contributed to strategic planning and fundraising. Former member of the women's lawyer association in Mozambique, provided as a volunteer, legal advice to women victimized by domestic violence.
