His work experience includes 20+ years in the USA, Turkey, Iraq and Azerbaijan in senior management positions on municipal, rural and regional planning/development and climate change impacts policy development, in close cooperation with public administrations and private businesses, in projects assisted by US and Turkish Governments, as well as, European Union, World Bank, United Nations (IFAD, FAO, UNDP), JICA and USAID.
