Follow the Committee on Fisheries of the European Parliament as well as the relations between the European Union and the Latin America;
Analyze and prepare briefings on legislative and non legislative dossiers under discussion;
Develop proposals for amendments to the texts in the agenda and acquire the necessary political support for the adoption of these proposals;
Identify cross-cutting issues of relevance to the issues under scrutiny; Regular contact with the other European institutions;
Represent the Member of the European Parliament in political meetings as well in meetings with the stakeholders;
Write press releases and maintain an open dialogue with journalists;
Collaborate in the organization of various events and conferences to promote issues of interest to the Office of the Member of the European Parliament, being responsible for the guest list, letters of invitation, follow-up on the invitations, solve technical and protocolar issues.

the areas of education, culture and health in Guinea-Bissau, Africa. Among the main activities it's
required to participate in meetings with institutions, entities and individual people interested in the
cooperation for development; to organize fundraising events and campaigns; to prepare solidarity and humanitarian missions; to prepare applications for the EU funding and to design, implement and coordinate working field projects.
