Provide consulting on key projects of Accion on the training and capacity building space. Current projects include pilot of webinars for microfinance industry in India, identification of global online platform for virtual trainer community and identification and collaboration with regional and global networks and association for material development and program executions.
As Head of Global Training Centers in India developed and executed the strategy for Global Training Centre in India, a new vertical of Accion which is today a preferred player in the sector. Managed budgets and deliverables which included industry wide trainings, collaborations with institutions, relationship building with stake holders, piloting and mixing synchronous and asynchronous training methods and evolving program prizing for the microfinance industry at large within India.
