Being a well-experienced HR and logistics officer, I have had the opportunity to work with divers group of national staff which helped me understand different cultures and use the experience, I learned in my every day work. Throughout organization of Election Observation Missions in Tunisia, Egypt and East Timor, I was able to incorporate experience I have gained into other logistic duties I was tasked with. As a result, I have developed phenomenal communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management and leadership skills. Furthermore, I have become proficient in developing financial and asset management skills, preparing and checking contracts, logistical support and crisis management. My greatest achievements are Human Resources system that I have developed and which can hold up to 500.000 data entries for any given employee. The system covers following: personal details, professional details (type of contract, supervisors, reviews, languages spoken, title etc), skills (fields covered as trainer and fields that can be covered as attendee), review process (reasons for raises, dates etc), attachments of all documents for one employee etc. At the same time I was asked to help with registration of our office in Jordan, which extended my knowledge of Jordan Labor Law, while creating office manual, bylaws and contracts for local staff.
