Policy Development: • Responsible for managing the MEP's portfolio as Vice-President of the Development Committee, in particular with regards to policy strategy and drafting legislation - Reports, Opinions, weekly Amendments, Motions for Resolution and Parliamentary Questions • Maintaining consistent policy research for the MEP's membership in the Foreign Affairs Committee, South-Asia Delegation, the Delegation to the Korean Peninsula and the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly • Providing political and administrative support abroad, during the 4th UN Conference on the Least Developed Countries, May 2011, Istanbul and the EU-China Friendship Group High-Level Delegation to Beijing (October 2014).
