Professional Experience:
? Development and coordination for the learning, for influencing agenda for CARE’s Southern Africa sub-regional office (covering Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe) around financial inclusion for advancing food and nutrition security and climate change resilience for rural populations, with an emphasis on women and girls.
? Provision of technical capacity in the design and implementation of programs and advocacy campaigns that integrate women’s economic empowerment and food and nutrition security in Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
? Documenting and sharing policy and practice around rural populations experience regarding access to formal financial services and its relationships to livelihoods development in Southern Africa.
? Providing technical support CARE offices, CARE Teams and partners in the region, mapping opportunities and capacities around innovation and scaling for Savings Groups in the region.
? Developing and supporting expertise within country teams and provision of technical assistance to financial inclusion projects to CARE and partners working with savings groups in the region.
