Professional Experience: |
While my current work focuses on evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of health care delivery services for maternal and child health and HIV care and treatment in developing countries, throughout my career, I have had a wide range of experiences in multiple development sectors, including global health, private sector development and agricultural and food policy. In all these positions, I have brought my economic analysis expertise, contributing to efforts that bring efficient and sustainable solutions to some of the key challenges faced by developing countries. I have, in addition, led several evaluations of interventions. Along the way, I have had the opportunity to learn about each of the substantive areas, and the privilege of working with international and national experts.

Education: |
I have a PhD in Policy Analysis with a concentration on economic methods from the Pardee RAND Graduate School and Masters in International Development from the American University's School of International Service. My training has been multidisciplinary- drawn from economics, operations research and behavioral and social sciences— and has focused on acquiring analytical tools and methodologies with practical utility for program monitoring and evaluation.
