MANAGEMENT SCIENCES FOR HEALTH (MSH), INC., CAMBRIDGE, MA Director, Country Operations Management Unit / Deputy Director, Finance & Operations (2007–PRESENT) Oversee $23M in combined annual projects budget and 76 staff at Abuja and field offices to support Nigeria projects for this nonprofit international development organization in 75+ countries. Spearhead all finance and reporting, HR and recruitment, IT service and infrastructure, grants management, procurement, logistics, and operations. Directly supervise 4 managers and 1 Associate Director. Member of Country Leadership responsible for setting country strategic plan, resolving issues, and assuring integration within projects. * Upon arriving, led complete turnaround strategy, instilling new standards, procedures, policies, discipline, open discussion, problem solving, and supervision. Restructured staff, refined recruitment, set controls, and infused culture with MSH vision and values. Resulted in greater transparency, integrity, and quality among all interactions. * Abuja office is now a role model for other MSH field offices.
