I am interested in Business Strategy, Marketing, Pricing, Organization Development and Change Management and I have undertaken academic and work projects to develop a better understanding of this role. I have analyzed markets, customers and competitors and subsequently recommended prices for the client's product.
I have a diverse set of skills since I am an Analytics, Economics, Human Resources and Marketing major. My internship experience with PTC as well as with Luxottica as a Strategy Consultant has further added to my existing repertoire.
While pursuing my MBA degree, I have played the role of a Strategy Consultant for a company which was looking to enter into the European market. I developed the market entry strategy and identified and liaised with potential distributors in the European market to determine the MSRP which would ensure healthy margins for the company.
I have handled a number of special projects and one of the highlights of these projects was that I achieved 200% of the target of selling 150 mobile handsets to employees by using an EMI pricing mechanism which resulted in a cashless purchase option for the customer while setting up a Just-In-Time inventory process for the distributor.
Colleagues know me as an optimistic, creative, team player and a solution–oriented professional who is able to organize people into cohesive teams and inspire and motivate them to give their best. I work best when I am allowed to think creatively and encouraged to come up with unique solutions.
