Professional Experience:
Act as primary or secondary auditor for the complete cycle of performance audits of NATO bodies and of NSIP expenditure in NATO bodies, non-NATO multi-national bodies, and member Nations as assigned by the Board, in accordance with the auditing standards adopted by the Board.
Education:
Master degree in Policy analysis: half economics and half political science. Laval University in Qc. Work mostly around economic and political impact of conflicts, cost/benefit analysis of programmes, reconstruction effort, international aid governance, ethics and governance in developing countries. During my Master degree, I was full time member of the Research Centre on Public Policy. We performed extensive research on electoral issues such as electoral platforms, media coverage, health and education policies. In addition, I was President of my Student Association.
Thesis: Public Opinion and Canadian Military Operations. The thesis studied the movement of public opinion in Canada as the country is moving from peacekeeping to peacemaking missions. The analysis covered different aspects of Canadian society (multiculturalism, federalism, gender, etc.) Also, it involved a full review of Canadian involvement in world conflicts from its first participation in the Suez Crisis to its refusal to participate, along with the US, to Iraq war.
Undergrade studies:Double major in Political Science and International Development Studies at McGill University. Work focused on peacebuilding,refugees,governance in West Africa, war studies, sociology of development, media and politics, economic development in Latin America, natural resources as a variable to war.
Affiliations and Achievements:
As my resume indicates, I really enjoy volunteering for different causes (veterans, youth leadership programs, persons with disability, health prevention, crisis support). I do appreciate having extra curriculum activities as it helps me gain knowledge of other programme management. I also learn so much from working with different people, culture.I'm a person with lots of energy who is highly motivated by learning new ideas, ways of working, different methodologies and philosophy. As such, I love travelling to all parts of the world to discover to enrich my personal and professional life.
