Bilingual Accredited Partnership Broker with working experience in public, private and no-for-profit sectors for about two decades now. I have managed people and projects/programs, and have coordinated strategic thinking/planning and resource mobilization/management.I learned a lot and brought in meaningful added value for all my employers.I am seeking assignments according to my experience.
For the last fifteen years, I have held senior roles and have gained experience in leadership and management of programs, offices, and people. I have held positions raging from implementer to decision maker including, but not limited to Animator of Child Friendly Spaces, Technical Supervisor, Country Coordinator, Program Funding Development Officer & Manager, and Country Program Director. I have a working experience in both DR Congo and South Sudan.
I graduated from the University of Lubumbashi (UNILU) with a master’s degree in Veterinary Medicine and had attended different professional courses and trainings to build up and strengthen my expertise in management, leadership and cross-cutting thematic on project quality. These include among other trainings in “Strategic Planning & Organizational Development”, “Advocacy & Lobbying”, “Theory of Change”, and “Partnership Brokering”; and courses of “Financing for Development” (finished), “Leadership Exploration and Development” (finished), and “From Poverty to Prosperity” (ongoing). The nature of these additional trainings and courses has prepared and strengthened me well for a position such as this one of Country Director.
