Professional Experience:
I worked five years of research work for various international organizations and I have a strong background doing research, data
analysis and reporting, mostly on the agricultural and economics impacts of climatemchange as well as on gender issues.

Until recently I was working as a consultant for OECD where my work was mostly focused on Southeast Asia. I was doing impact evaluation of the various policies supporting or deterring climate-smart agriculture in Southeast Asian countries. I also led impact water risks analysis and evaluation on the agricultural sector in various regions of the world and co-authored three OECD reports (forthcoming).

Prior to this work, I was a Recruitment and Business Development Associate for International Resources Group (IRG). In my role, I contributed to the strategic design of potential Agriculture and Food Security opportunities across Engility Corporation portfolio. My responsibilities included the identification of key positions for USAID procurements in various parts of the world. I interfaced directly with partner organizations, division directors, and technical experts, assembling strong teams to implement USAID-funded programs in several countries including Haiti, Ukraine, Pakistan, Senegal, and Nigeria across multiple sectors (governance, democracy, agriculture, climate change, energy, and gender). I also got a project management training and certification during my time at IRG.

Until November 2012, I was working as Senior Research Assistant within the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). I focused on global food outlook and natural resources policies using a multi-country partial equilibrium model, and generated outlook projections for world agricultural sector and policy analyses. During my experience at IFPRI, I regularly presented papers at international conferences and authored discussion papers and briefs.
