• Envisioned and executed the chart of world’s largest renewable energy based rural electrification organization
• Provided sustainable electricity to more than 350 villages/Hamlets in Bihar, Nepal and Uganda using renewable biomass resources and Solar Photo-Voltaic technology
• Built and managed a team of more than 400 employees
• A slew of technical innovations – pre-paid meters, dry gasifier, solar PV based DC micro-grid, remote monitoring system, MIS, electricity theft control system, novel Incense Sticks manufacturing process using by-product char etc.
• Skill Development of more than 500 rural youth and 150 rural women
• Created more than 50 energy entrepreneurs engaged in rural electrification
• Raised more than $10 million from more than 25 different sources of capital
