Professional Experience:
Experienced international development professional in agriculture, rural development and human rights issues. Developed progressive technical and management experience in four phases: i) researched, built capacities and facilitated the development of training materials in the strategic management of institutional change, ii) coordinated policy and programme implementation support to Oxfam’s development, advocacy and humanitarian agenda in Latin America and the Caribbean, iii) researched, documented and facilitated policy dialogue around innovative cases of local economic empowerment, and iv) coordinated agricultural policy, value chains and agribusiness development work with the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation ACP-EU, while acting as Coordinator for the Caribbean region.

Master of Development Studies at Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus, The Netherlands. 1991 / Bachelor in Economics, Technological Institute of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. 1988.
