Then went with my family and worked in Kenya from 2002 to 2012 in education and started project with street children and poor families. It now caters for nearly 200 children from 18 months to 3rd year of university (8 students in uni). I was involved with ALL aspects of the project and did part-time teaching a local school. Also ran the finances of another project looking after physically and mentally challenged children. Involved in child welfare, capacity building for families and communities, healthcare and sanitation. Worked in logistics and food distribution and NFIs during conflict situation in rural Kenya.
Now wanting to return to Africa.....west, east, central or south to help the communities help themselves through suggestions and motivation.
