Professional Experience:
I was responsible for implementing research related to best management practices involving biofortification, cropping systems (double cropping, crop rotation, inter-cropping) to increase food security. A part of job also involved managing multidisciplinary, international teams with diverse backgrounds and expertise, budgets, project deadlines, writing semi-annual and annual project reports. I was also part of organizing Global food security conference 2013, conducting field days for farmer training and wider adaptation of improved varieties.

Education:
I have obtained PhD in the field of Soil Science. My project was related to increased nutrient uptake in different cropping systems across Western Canada. In addition, I also worked on effect of microbial community especailly mycorrihiza on increased nutrient efficiency.
