Professional Experience: |
I currently lead a team of highly qualified researchers and analysts at a Washington D.C.-based climate change communications and advocacy group - The Climate Reality Project. Prior to this, I spent three years at one of America's most influential environmental organizations, The Natural Resources Defense Council, as a researcher in the Executive Office as well as a climate change and energy analyst in the international team (with a focus on India). My other professional experience includes stints with the Clinton Foundation in New York (the Clinton Climate Initiative), Earthjustice International (with a focus on international environmental law), and several prominent Indian environmental nonprofit organizations.

Education: |
I have a law degree from one of India's highest ranked law schools, with a specialization in environmental law. I also have a Master's degree from Columbia University, New York (School of International and Public Affairs), in International Affairs, with a substantive focus on environmental science and policy -- particularly climate change and clean energy science and policy.
