•Experience in greenhouse Gas accounting (Currently registered as a reporter for various clients in Australia);
•Superior research skills in climate change and mitigation of greenhouse gases through soil carbon sequestration; and
•High technical knowledge on Land use/Management impacts on soil carbon dynamics and climate smart agriculture production systems.

Education:
PhD Soil Science (2009 to 2012) – University of New England, NSW Australia. Research focus: 'Soil organic carbon storage and stability down the profiles across various land uses in Australia’.

Master of Philosophy in Soil Science (2001 to 2004)– Moi University, Kenya
Thesis title: : ‘The influence of ‘MBILI’ and Conventional (maize-legume) intercropping systems on nutrient uptake, yield and rooting characteristics of intercrops in Western Kenya'.

Bachelor of Science,Forestry (1998 to 2001)- Moi University, Kenya
Second class honors upper division.

Dissertation Title: Responses of Crotolaria grahamiana, Tephrosia vogelii and beans to direct application of Minjingu Rock Phosphate for improved and sustained production in Western Kenya’
