• Co-organizing high profile international meetings for the Polish Parliament including the OSCE summit in Warsaw.
• Implementing a complete restructuring of the International Relations function and establishing a database to provide improved information gathering for Senators.
• Co-initiating and acting as secretary for the Forum on American Polish Affairs, an organization that ensured business executives and officials remained informed about US-Polish affairs as well as economic and political transformations in Poland.
• Mediating and reconciling relationships between organizations of differing political backgrounds in the event of conflict.
