Professional Experience:
In my role as Program Director with USAID, I’ve successfully led a team of health professionals to design, implement, monitor and evaluate PEPFAR-funded HIV programs in Lesotho, as well as worked with the host country government, UN agencies and other bi-lateral donors in improving coordination of HIV resources and efforts as well as supporting the alignment of Global Fund grants with national priorities.

My global health experience crosses borders, having worked in Australia, Kenya, Botswana, South Africa, Nigeria, Vietnam, and Lesotho for just over a decade.

> I enjoy collaborating with diverse senior health professionals in strategic planning, resource and program alignment and the implementation of evidence-based programs in both concentrated and generalized HIV epidemic settings.

> My technical skills were recently recognized by the Board of Directors of the GFATM, and have been appointed to serve as a member of the Global Fund’s Technical Review Panel as a global technical expert on HIV for a four-year term.

> I also have extensive experience designing and conducting social epidemiological and behavioral studies, as well as program evaluations within the global health field among:

- vulnerable and hard to reach populations, such as men who have sex with men in Vietnam, and

- general population, such as HIV-infected women in rural Nigeria and program beneficiaries and
control groups in Botswana.

> I am a published author in peer reviewed journals, and also serve as peer reviewer for several high impact public health journals.

• Along with other Technical Review Panel serving members, I provide lessons learned and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
