I have designed and implemented projects with a global reach and am adept at creating comprehensive, culturally appropriate and innovative strategies for an office, program, project or overall organizational capacity-building effort. I am a natural leader and have always held positions of increasing responsibility and authority, though I enjoy being part of a dynamic and creative team and working with multiple management styles. I thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and have lived and worked in over 20 countries, many developing nations included.

I hold a Masters Degree in International Policy Studies, focusing on human rights, norms and justice. I spent a great part of my academic career examining international political relations and systems. I am trained and skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution and hold two BA degrees, one in Global Studies and the other in Spanish. My Spanish degree was earned in great part while studying culture, history and EU mechanisms in Spain.
