Managed community-based disaster risks management (CBDRM) project for more than one year in flood affected districts of KPK province in 2010. Managed project of early recovery of livelihoods for IDPs affected by militancy in Swat, Pakistan. Two years of progressively responsible experience in primary education project which focused on increased enrollment and decrease dropout of children in primary education through involvement of community and parent & teacher’s committees. Community driven development through WASH intervention in rural areas of Peshawar (Pakistan) while working with SABAWON (INGO).
