I have 13 years of experience ranging from grassroots community development to international development leadership responsibility. My exceptional skills have been developed through key positions with World Vision International, Mariestopes International, United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Ernest and Young, and now at Tropical Health Trust where I work as the Country Director for Uganda. I possess special expertise to deliver programs in fragile states and conflict settings. My work with grass root communities has empowered me with key skills and hard evidence to engage with high level and international leaders in driving the development agenda. My passion is to work together with beneficiaries and their leaders in creating sustainable systems that deliver positive change to the most marginalized communities in the urban, rural, disaster or any other form of unique setting.
