1. Experience in providing overall leadership and management to the implementation of regional development programmes financed by both flexible frame agreements (Danida, Sida, DFID) and project grants (diverse group of restricted and unrestricted sources). 2. Experience in developing and managing development programmes both at country and regional levels, as well as integrating the two strategically and operationally. Also participated in and lead the development of programme methodologies (thematic programmes in IBIS Denmark; Programme platforms in Diakonia Sweden) and evaluation and reporting methods. 3. Successful fund development and fundraising experience with Multilateral (EU, ECHO, WB, IADB, IFAD, UNDP, UNICEF, UNDEF, etc) and Bilateral Agencies (Danida, Sida, Cida, SDC, DFID, etc – including flexible frame agreements), Basket Funds (Global Fund, Gender Emancipation Fund, Common Fund), Private Foundations (Ford, SEIF, Waterloo, Gates, etc) and Companies (Volvo, Levi Strauss, Alpina, Sysco, etc) and from the Public. Responsible for several innovative multi-sector initiatives and strategies. Ongoing business development and development of new cooperation models (development impact bonds, programme platforms, company engagement platforms, etc). 4. Annual budget responsibility up to 7M USD (with Diakonia Sweden). Annual income up to 60M USD (with Oxfam Great Britain) 5. Staff managed: Up to 40 persons, direct line management of 3-8 persons 6.
