I have over five years' experience in the private sector and multinational organisations, focusing on strategy and policy analysis for firms, governments and organisations operating in emerging markets. Within the private sector, I worked for several years in market analysis and operational risk, helping investors, businesses and governments identify challenges and opportunities in diverse economic sectors, with focus on agriculture/ the environment, energy and soft commodity markets, trade and investment, and logistics and supply chains. In my current role, I consult international organisations on their strategies and interventions in emerging markets within the context of agribusiness sectors, food security, climate change adaptation and mitigation, and sustainable supply chains.

Having studied in eight countries across four continents in five different languages, I eagerly seek new challenges and opportunities to learn and diversify my skills set. I graduated from McGill University with an Honours degree in International Development Studies (First Class Honours) and minors in Economics and Political Science. I completed an MSc in Global Politics (concentration: political economy) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), with High Merit. I also participated in Arabic study programmes at LSE, in Morocco and Lebanon, and have taken intensive statistics courses in Economics and Econometrics at LSE. This winter, I will continue my studies while working remotely, taking courses in finance and econometrics at the University of Chicago.
