Led HR planning and development by automating pay and allowances, recruitment, team management through KRAs, preparing MIS and grievance redressal ? Streamlined procedures through e-tendering, e-auction and e-procurement, aligning the sourcing patterns and carrying out procurement through DGS&D, PSUs and imports ? I have been awarded Vashisht Seva Medal for the distinguished service from the President of India. Also I have the distinction of having received Commendation Card twice for the exceptional service from the General Officer commanding in Chief. The women empowerment has been possible because in the Army the Ordnance Corps has the maximum population of women officers and the Civilian ladies who are working as Labours, Clerks, storekeepers and other trades jobs. Large number of systems were developed to ensure that the development of the women does not lag behind in any manner.
