I have developed and published curriculum for Oxford and worked as a researcher with the OECD.I have become fascinated by the impact of systemic complexity on institutional governance and this work has shaped my leadership approach to make me a systems thinker placing great value on collaboration, rich feedback and evolutionary project design.
