Professional Experience:
I have more than 12 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation project design etc.
I am currently working as delegate quality and learning with American Red Cross and my key responsibility include:
• Support Senior Management in the strategic planning process
• Provide technical input in the development and review of project and program proposals
• Organize and conduct training sessions related to M&E, cross-cutting themes and systems that enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure the quality of all information gathered and used to inform the design and ongoing management of all projects and programs in Haiti
• Develop new processes and tools—and review and analyze existing ones—in order to strengthen program management, M&E planning, data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Serve as technical lead in the design of evaluative activities (baseline/endline surveys, midterms reviews, project evaluations, program evaluations, etc.) and lead the drafting of Terms of Reference
• Lead the recruitment of—and manage—external consultants for evaluative activities
• Liaise with implementing partners on the design and management of evaluative activities and on the recruitment of external consultants
• Ensure that lessons learned from evaluative activities are integrated into the knowledge base of the Haiti Delegation, are shared with Sector Leads and Senior Management on a regular basis and are used to inform decision-making concerning ongoing and future projects/programs
Prior to this is have served as Regional M&E advisor for American Red Cross based in Bangkok and provide M&E inputs to Tsunami Recovery Program.
My strongest skills relate to my demonstrated experience in developing monitoring and evaluation system for large scale program and successfully accomplishing the household level survey to measure outcome and impact indicators. I am technically up-to-date, able to provide sound recommendations and well-experienced with the challenges of international program implementation in various sectors including maternal and child heath, immunization, community health, community based health and first aid (CBHFA), water and sanitation, psyco-social support program (PSP), HIV (awareness, care and support) and disaster preparedness.
I am an accomplished, well rounded social scientist, confident leader, capable mentor with proven effectiveness in multi-cultural, multidisciplinary environments.
