Over 10 years experience with international donor agencies in customs reform and modernization, transport and trade facilitation, border crossing point procedures and management methods, transport and logistics projects and studies. Previous projects included the Customs Golden List in Jordan, Transit Convention help with Turkish Customs, Customs Code help in Central Asia, Mekong Region Customs and boeder crossing project, Logistics Development in Viet Nam and 5 years as logistics director in Kazakhstan. Current projects include the UNECE Europe-Asia Transport Links project, the OSCE Best Practices at Borders Handbook and an ADB Customs and border crossing project in Central Asia. Currently available for long and short term project assignments. Fellow Member of the Charteterd Institute of Transport & Logistics, UK.
