I have experience in management positions in NGOs at all levels, from volunteer manager to Country Director. Over 15 years in top management positions.
My experience includes working in different sectors: housing, education,health, community development, child protection, livelihoods/economic resilience, humanitarian early recovery.
As Director of Terre des hommes in Ukraine I work in an environment that requires transitioning from humanitarian to development interventions. In my position I lead the strategic management, I am responsible for fundraising and Isupervise operations (implementation, communication, HR, logistics, budget management).
As Programme Coordinator at Terre des hommes Romania I managed projects with budgets of over $5M, with multiple partners, over 5 years.
I volunteered as Strategy Development Support Officer in Ghana in a project for improving the quality of education.
As Programs Director for Habitat for Humanity Romania I coordinated the work of 7 affiliated organisations working in social housing.
While I was Director of Habitat for Humanity at local level we grew the program from building 4 houses a year to 16 and we built a total of 46 houses.
