I am a Program/Project Manager and Senior Management Consultant with over fifteen years of experience in programmatic, project, contract/grant, administrative and financial management for top-tier international organizations.
I have a strong interest in continuing to provide collaborative leadership and technical support to programs or projects being implemented in the Development and Humanitarian sector. 1. I am a Native speaker of French and Haitian Creole. 2. In addition to academic and practical experience summarized in my attached CV, I would also like to take the opportunity to highlight the following specific programmatic and financial management responsibilities I had during my tenure as the Program Manager for a PEPFAR/CDC funded HIV/AIDS & Infectious Diseases Training & Health System /Institutional Strengthening Program with Catholic Relief Services from May 2010 to November 2013 based in Haiti. a. Managed program, grant, financial, budget, team and communication activities and process through collaborative approach with Senior Leadership and Staff of Program Partners including: Schools of Medicine and Nursing at the University of Notre Dame d’Haiti and University of Maryland-Baltimore, The Institute of Human Virology -Baltimore and 6 Hospital Teaching/Training Sites in various locations in Haiti including Hospital Sacred Heart (North), Hospital St Boniface (South) & Foyer Ste Camille and Hospital Saint Damien (West). b. Coordinated Capacity Building & Health System Strengthening activities for Haitian Institutional Partners through facilities renovations, procurement of clinical equipment, installation of a Grant Management Unit, Staff Management and Staff training in grant management / compliance and monitoring/evaluation tools. c. Provided guidance and support to additional ad-hoc projects such as: recruitment of Physician & Nurse Trainees and Faculty, recruitment and training of the grant management unit staff, organization of various healthcare Symposiums, leadership information/communication meetings with the primary donor CDC and other private donors, the Haitian Ministries of Health / Education and other international partners.
