Extensive technical experience in environmental due diligence, environmental impact assessment, environmental management planning, environmental compliance monitoring, environmental policy development, and environmental management capacity building;
Extensive international experience and proven effectiveness in a broad range of cultural, economic, and political environments in over 20 developing, transitional, and industrialized countries;
Comprehensive program management experience on complex, technical projects involving large international teams and working in developing country environments. Demonstrated capability in project planning, scheduling, budget development, and management to ensure top quality results, on schedule, within budget.
Proven record of success in business development, including the development of many millions of US$ worth of business for the consulting firms for which I have worked.
