Professional Experience: |
Victoria is a leader in international development with a focus on evidence-based policy research, analysis and implementation. In her role as Policy Advisor at the Synergos Institute, she has successfully coordinated the controlled grazing study and has facilitated stakeholders’ collaboration to find sustainable solutions to climate change challenges threatening food security across the African continent. An alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy School (Executive Education, Creating Collaborative Solutions), University College London (Masters, International Public Policy) and University of Lagos (French, First Class Honors), her policy work is guided by bridging leadership and behavioral insights and she models human-centered innovation as key to replicable and long-lasting social change.
