Served successfully as DCOP and COP on progressively large and more complex projects in education, health, and government reform and decentralization programs. Led $70 million USAID project in Pakistan with 350 staff in 41 locations serving 5,000 teachers and 400,000 students in conditions of floods and armed conflict.

Education:

ABD for EdD Ed Administration. Earned MS in Ed and MBA. Certif for elementary and secondary school teaching (Illinois) TOT, Special Education (Chicago), and Superieur Certif. B French Language from the Sorbonne. Served 4 years as Assoc Prof of Public Administration at VPI&SU.
